Hi Kim,
My husband and I bought Abby from you on
Valentines day "04". And she was the best present
that I have ever gotten for valentines day! She is a
big part of our family, we take with us when we go to
family and friends a lot. I have had several people
comment on how beautiful she is and tell me that they
were going to steal her. She is a very good dog. we
did a lot of training.( crate, sit, stay, etc.) she has
a lot of energy, but our vet say she is the calmest
Weim. that she has ever come across. She loves to
run and play. She is very loving. She has become my
husband and my first child. We love her just as is
she is a child, and she is treated the same. Actually
two weeks after we picked Abby up we found out we were
pregnant with our first child. So that made us want
to train her even more. We did and she had been
really good w/ my nephews, and now that our baby is
here, she is great with him. When I was pregnant she
was very protective of me, men couldn't get close to
me, she had to be in between us. And she would always
come up to sniff my belly. I fell down the stairs
when I was 6 mon. along and to this day she walks down
the stairs in front of us and makes sure we are ok.
If anyone she doesn't know is holding the baby, she is
right there. and now that he is crawling, she likes
to lay beside him and follow him around. and he loves
to try to play with her too.
She is in very good health and she loves to hunt,
fish, swim, play, take walks, you name it she likes
it. She is very smart, like I said she knew there was
a baby in my belly, she did really good on her
training, and you can't trick her. I read on the
internet that they are one of the smartest dogs, and I
do believe that. She is not one bit shy, she likes
a lot of attention, and if she isn't getting it when
she wants it she will let you know. But I couldn't
ask for a better dog. And to my husband and I she is
not just our dog she is our baby girl. She is even
going on vacation to Florida with us this year. We
think she will love the beach. I have a lot of
pictures and if you can send me your address, I will
mail them to you.

Hi Kim,
Zeppelin is doing great! He is a big lap dog! Last time we took him to the vet he weighed 76 lbs. The vet is impressed with how he looks every time we take him in. He is a big part of our family (sleeps in our bed on occasion:). Zeppelin enjoys playing fetch with us in the back yard, camping and playing with other dogs. He still is very hyper but is getting better each day. Very smart dog. We do not hunt with him. We never took him to training, but he listens pretty well. He hangs around when not on a lead (he doesn't want to miss anything). We had him fixed, so that probably has a lot to do with it. I will have to mail you pictures. Ray and I would like to bring Zeppelin out for a visit sometime if you guys are OK with that? Talk to you soon!

Dear Kim,
First of all I just want to say that it has been an absolute joy having Becka as a dog. She is a very protective dog and very smart dog. My grandchildren love her to death. Me and my grandson have taken Becka to puppy training, which she finished at the beginning of Dec. She is now enrolled in Intermediate Class and is the best out of every other dog there, she listens the best and does as told, at the end of this class we will be putting her in Advanced Class, which I’m sure she will do great in. she has graduated at the top of her class and has won prizes both times, and the trainer loves her. We have recently gotten her spayed, and she is fully recovered now. Becka weighs about 40 to 45 lbs and she will be 7 months on Sunday the 15th. I also want to say thank you so much for allowing me to get one of your dogs. We absolutely love her.
Thanks, Esther & Becka Wagner
Kim - it has been a long time. Just an update. T-bone is in advance obedience class and will be testing for his good citizen cert. At ten months he weighs 88 pounds. I still haven't gotten him in the water yet. Something I really want to do, waiting for the creek to warm up - and going to give it a try. In Sept. we plan on taking him to the beach.
We also rescued a blue weim, Eli. It has been a good experience. Although he is more stubborn then T-bone.
Next
fall I am hoping to take T-bone to agility classes for fun,
and Eli to advance obedience class.

I have started a rescue for weims in my area. I only have one on hand - my first. She came from an Amish puppy mill. She has been some work because of not having much people involvement. You sure can tell the difference between how you deal with puppies and mother - as to what Jerzie has been through.
Some year - we want to get a girl of our own. But, I think I will wait till the boys are 5 or so.

Hello Kim & Michele,
We got Trammell from you this
past June (he was one of Missy’s pups). He is now 8 months
old and keeping us very busy. We started taking him to
obedience classes and he is the smartest dog there. He is
very easy to train, but
too smart sometimes. He has learned how to open up the
trash can and even dresser drawers! He has been a blast to
have around and is always, always ready to play.
I thought I would send some pictures of him over the months. The last time he was at the vet (in Oct) he was around 55lbs, so I would guess he is weighing in at around 65lbs now. He has grown so quickly, I can’t believe some of these pictures when he was only a couple months old.
Also, I found out that my cousin – Terry Hempstead – is a friend and neighbor of yours. We had Trammell at a family reunion around labor day and figured that she may have taken care of Trammell when he was still with you. Small world!
Thanks,
Andy
Kim and Michele,
We have been meaning to write for some time. We got a female from your Spring 05' litter, a product of Tramp and Lady. She is such a great dog. Very personable, very loving, loves to cuddle, loves to fetch (big surprise) and a great big sister to our other dog, Charley (a chocolate lab.) We have recommended you to several people.
Hope you and
all the dogs are doing well.
I attached some pictures of Murphy. I'm sure you can see the
personality coming through even in photos.
Take Care.

Everything is going great with our new pup Rocky.... he is almost 14
weeks
old already!! He is such a great dog and we love him to death (not
to
mention he is a little spoiled!) Here are a few pictures of him!
Thanks for everything,

Just wanted to let you know that both
pups are doing great. They wrestle all day and really have taken to
each other. We found a new
park 40 minutes from Westlake called bow wow beach. Jameson is
finally swimming and boy does he love it. Even the little one is
venturing out a little into the water. Jameson swam for three hours
retrieving the water kong up to 40 feet out. A little scary but
great to watch. #I did not bring my camera but will be back there
soon and take lots of pictures and send you some!!

The
first file is with both of them. They are 10 months old.
